It was shared on TikTok by @oumar_drwhere it has hundreds of likes.

First, open an image – it can be in your browser or in the Photos app.

Then pinch three fingers together.

This is actually a little known Apple gesture to “copy” an image.

Next, go to an app where you want to send the image – like WhatsApp.

Tap the chat bar where you normally type text, then spread three fingers apart — like a reverse swipe.

Here’s how you quickly “paste” an image or text if you want.

That’s not all

That’s not the only odd method of moving photos.

Just go to your Photos app and hold your finger on the photo.

Then, without publishing, navigate to the Messages conversation and drop the image on the icon bar.

The photo you choose will then appear in Messages.

You can even select and hold multiple photos at once.

And many applications support this feature, so you can share to many places.

It doesn’t just work from the Photos app.
