View presenters went red in the face after loud fart noises disrupted the live broadcast during Whoopi Goldberg’s mistake

The View panel turned red-faced during Wednesday’s show when a rather loud farting nose interrupted their conversation.

Whoopi Goldberg and her co-hosts were discussing the classified documents found in the homes of President Biden and former Vice President Pence when Sunny Hostin reached out to Alyssa Farah Griffin and asked her a question.

“Is it true that Trump had nuclear secrets?” Sunny said when Alyssa replied, “It’s been reported, but we don’t know the details…”

However, Whoopi and fellow actress Sara Haines were clearly not listening as the actor pointed to something on the desk.

As Sara quickly rose from her chair, a very loud fart sound erupted, causing Alyssa to laugh awkwardly as she tried to continue the discussion.

“Whoopi!” Sara said as she wiped what appeared to be a spill off the desk in front of her.

“Whoopi spilled water and now it’s on my pants,” the blonde TV star then blurted out.

Alyssa laughed and said, “Oh. We had a spill on the other side of the table.”

Joy Behar had none of it as she said to Alyssa, “All right. Forget it.

Whoopi and Sara tried to clean up the water by picking up their cards and scooping them off the table.

Alyssa tried to continue her thought but couldn’t because she started laughing.

She eventually continued her point and concluded.

As Whoopi spoke up, the camera panned out again and Sara could still be seen cleaning up the liquid with napkins.

During the conversation, the hosts took their papers and dried the desk.

At the end of the segment, Whoopi once again chimed in with her opinion, continuing to wipe her cards as she spoke.

FART GATE

This isn’t the first time Whoopi has been linked to a fart noise on the popular ABC talk show.

In 2014, the Hollywood star seemed to hold her breath during a Hot Topics debate with singer Ashanti about flu shots.

Whoopi shifted awkwardly in her seat while her then-co-host Rosie O’Donnell began fanning the air before the other panelists joined in, picking up slips of paper and frantically waving them up and down.

However, Whoopi denied farting, insisting the incident was a joke to cover up an inexplicable sound effect.

Speaking about it on The View, she said: “There was a sound effect that we hadn’t heard before. I thought, ‘Damn, this is weird, what can I do?’ I know! I’ll pretend to let go of a little thing. As a joke.

“Now these people are emailing people and running up to people and they’re like, ‘How do you feel about that fart Whoopi made in The View?’ It’s a joke!

“I know you think I don’t [make jokes] no more, i’m kidding. I don’t really fart on air!

“So everyone relax, I didn’t fart on air it was a joke,” she added.
