[VIDEO] ‘The Boys’ Season 3 Teaser Trailer – Jensen Aboards

Boys‘The first teaser for Season 3 was a good one, as Butcher could tell.

The crash-filled video, released during the show’s South by Southwest panel on Saturday, gives fans a first look at what Supernatural vet Jensen Acks in the ass kicking action as the original superhero, Soldier Boy. (We recommend pausing at the 1:20 mark for a particularly good shot of the new addition. Then be sure to watch it from start to finish for a much slicker version of Soldier Boy.)

Elsewhere in the teaser, set against Imagine Dragons’ upcoming single, “Bones,” Kimiko inflicts some serious bodily harm on Hughie; Homelander milks cows (so maybe it’s not just mother’s milk that interests him?); The A-Train is on the bad side of Homelander; Deep took it while a sea friend watched; and Frenchie and Kimiko participate in… a musical dance. But what is most different is the scene where Butcher shoots lasers out of his eyes just like Homelander! Did Butcher bring in Compound V to level the playing field with his arch-enemy?

Boys Season 3 premieres Friday, June 3, with three episodes on Prime Video. A new season will then premiere every subsequent Friday until the season’s end on July 8.
