At 11:49 a.m. Saturday, police discovered an apparent suicide by Lisa Wade at her Minnesota home, according to the Northfield Police Department.
The press release said that “police have reason to believe Wade may have been involved in the disappearance of their 6-year-old daughter before she took her own life.”
Police are currently looking for Elle Ragin, who the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says is approximately 3ft 6in tall and weighs 45lbs. She has curly brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities aren’t sure who Ragin may be dating but believe she may be in danger, according to CBS.
The Northfield Police Department is asking anyone who has seen Elle or her mother, Lisa, in the past two weeks to share information with their department.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension supports this investigation.
