TIKTOK star Britney Joy has died aged 35.

Britney Murphy, known as on TikTok ThatGirlBritneyJoyShe has been identified as one of the victims of a fatal accident in Houston, Texas Monday that also killed her mother.

Social media tributes are mounting for Britney, who has more than 400,000 followers on TikTok and is known for her comedy skits and vlogs.

Britney’s sister Tiffany Smith Cofield told it ABC 13 that the mother and daughter were traveling to a June 19 celebration where Tiffany was present when the tragedy occurred.

“It looked like their car and when I walked up to them everyone said a mother and daughter had died and I knew they had left and I knew the only mother and daughter was my mother and sister would,” said Cofield.

Houston police said Murphy was behind the wheel when a truck hit the car she and her mother were in.
