Autopsy results of the horrific stabbing deaths of four college students last weekend have unearthed more disturbing information about the tragic crime.

Autopsies were performed on the University of Idaho students Thursday and confirmed the cause and manner of death to be stabbing homicide.

The coroner also said the four victims were likely asleep during the attack, but some had defensive wounds and each victim was stabbed multiple times.

The Moscow Police Department also found that the only male victim, Ethan Chapin, visited the home where the killings took place.

It was initially believed that Chapin also lived in the house at 1122 King Road, along with fellow University of Idaho students Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Conclaves, and Madison Mogen.

Police also determined that the other two housemates on the night of the murders, along with a man seen in surveillance footage near Goncalves and Mogen hours before the murders, were not involved in the crime .
