UK’s biggest rail brand backs Fabulous Menopause Matters campaign & pledges to create policy for 27,000 workers

Earlier this year, we revealed how dozens of large businesses – including John Lewis, Morrisons, Co-Op, Sky, Nationwide and M&S – have told us they would do more to support their female employees.

And now the Go-Ahead Group – the UK’s largest rail brand and one of the four largest bus operators – has announced that it is committed to rolling out new menopause policies to meet our campaign.

The company – with 27,000 employees – also revealed that it is now creating policies to support menopause for its female workforce after hosting a series of educational workshops for managers.
