Ukraine war latest: Russia attacks military base near NATO member Poland as Putin’s forces ‘kidnap second Ukrainian mayor’

NGA air strikes have left at least 35 people dead at a military base near the border with NATO member Poland.

This is the second Ukrainian mayor to be ‘kidnapped’ in the past three days after the mayor of nearby Melitopol was arrested on Friday.
