UK bird flu ‘patient zero’ tests negative and plans to receive new ducks

The UK’s “patient zero” bird flu has tested negative for the disease – and says his first plan is to get new ducks.
Alan Gosling, 79 years old, no avian strains.
But it remains unclear when his quarantine period, which began on December 22, may end.
His beloved flock of 160 Muscovy ducks has all been euthanized, but Alan says his family has been provided with more.
He told The Sun: “I burst out laughing when they told me that.
“I thought, ‘Are you joking?'”
Buckfastleigh’s father of three, Devon, added: ‘I’m fine, I don’t have any pain or anything.
I’m honored with the fact that whatever they find in testing will help produce a drug. “
