According to Jones, focusing on someone else’s health is bound to make that person feel better. Jones said at Christmas:

“Today I have a fun challenge for you. Instead of just cuddling and feeling sorry for ourselves, let’s try to remember to be grateful for all the things that happened this year, Things are right this year. And I want to challenge you to go out and try to make other people feel the best they can. I know Christmas is coming to an end, it’s getting dark. But I want to challenge you to come out. If it’s buying the homeless a meal or giving them some money or just calling someone you know who can be alone tonight Focus on others and I promise you you’ll start to feel better.”
