UFC fans were amused as Conor McGregor was chest rubbed by wife Dee Devlin in bizarre scenes on live TV

UFC faces stunned after Conor McGregor’s wife “creepy” rubbed his chest underneath his open-necked shirt on live TV.

Dee Devlin showed her loving but surprising reaction as MMA legend McGregor and Hollywood superstar Jake Gyllenhall appeared on the cage side of the cameras at UFC 285.

Dee leaned forward and caressed the Irish fighter’s tattooed torso as she stared dreamily into the distance.

McGregor, in turn, went from his usual mean to the groomer – as he rolled his head back to bask in the attention before posting the clip to Instagram.

Spider-Man: Far From Home actor Gyllenhaal attended the Las Vegas event to film a fight scene for the remake of the cult classic Roadhouse.

And he seemed to be having almost as much fun as Dee as he roared with laughter while posing with his fists raised as cameras panned to the three.

But fans on social media were more focused on Dee’s “weird” antics.

Questions came up like, “Why is your wife so creepy stroking?” and “What’s the deal with the chest rub?”

But others pointed out that the couple have been together since 2008 and are free to do whatever they want.

One said: “Dee gave birth to Conor 3 children and is still aging beautifully and why do you guys care so much about a woman rubbing her husband’s chest?”

A few skeptics wondered if the scene might not be all part of the Roadhouse hype – or even make it into the movie.

One such comment was, “You all know that’s part of the movie, right?”

And since McGregor looks so relaxed, another claim would prompt an even more bizarre plot if true: “That’s a fake Conor. The guy definitely has a clone.”

However, one thing is certain.

The former featherweight and lightweight champion, 34, was also there to watch comeback king Jon Jones defeat Ciryl Gane to capture the vacant heavyweight crown.
