TWO major stores have announced a policy change that will see all their stores close for a day.
These chains have followed other stores like Costco and Walmart in planning to close their locations in just a few days.
Fresco y Más and Harveys Supermarket will both close on Thanksgiving.
That means customers need to plan their Thanksgiving meals in advance to avoid facing closed doors on Turkey Day.
Grocery stores in the South will reopen to customers on Black Friday.
Both chains took to their social media accounts to share the special reason why all of these stores are having the day off.

“Please keep this in mind when shopping.”
A fan commented on Harveys Supermarket’s Facebook announcement sharing their agreement with this policy.
She said, “Thank you.
“Everyone should celebrate Thanksgiving with their loved ones.”
