Three shootings took place simultaneously on Wednesday afternoon.
Four people were killed in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The suspect recently had back surgery
The suspected shooter had recently undergone back surgery, according to Tulsa Police Chief Wendell Franklin.
He reportedly called the clinic complaining of post-procedure pain.

Police Chief Franklin said he could not confirm which victim held the door open for the escape.
