Her body was discovered in a room by Merseyside Police after emergency services received a call about “security concerns”.

At the time, three men, aged 26, 46 and 49, were arrested in connection with her death but released without charge after police found Ms Haynes had died “accidentally”.

Tributes for Ms Haynes have already been posted on social media sites.

A friend wrote: “Rest easy beautiful girl”.

Another pal said they were “absolutely heartbroken,” and a third added, “RIP beautiful.”

A file has been handed over to the coroner and a pre-inquest review will take place at a date to be determined, according to Wales Online.

After the death, Detective Chief Inspector Lynsay Armbruster said: “We are at a very early stage in the investigation and are attempting to determine the circumstances of the young woman’s death.

“I appeal to everyone who was at the hotel in the early hours of the day and saw or heard anything at all to get in touch.”
