TOTTENHAM are reportedly set to sign both Cristian Romero and Dejan Kulusevski on a permanent basis this summer.
That’s according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who claims Spurs have set aside €80m (£68m) to tie both loan stars to new deals.
Kulusevski joined the north Londoners on an initial 18-month loan deal from Juventus in January.
Romero arrived on loan from Atalanta last summer with an option to buy for £42.5million.
It is understood that the centre-back has already been agreed on a five-year deal which will become official once his loan deal becomes permanent.
Tottenham manager Antonio Conte is happy with both players’ form and appears to have given the board the green light.
Romano tweeted: “Tottenham will sign both Dejan Kulusevski and Cristian Romero on a permanent basis.
“Spurs will invest around €80m in total royalties for two players who are seen as an important part of the project now and in the future.
“Antonio Conte is also very happy with Romero and Kulusevski.”
Romero has made 30 appearances in all competitions this season despite a string of injury setbacks.

Kulusevski has also been revived at Tottenham since leaving Juve as he has three goals and eight assists in 19 games.
Both players have helped Spurs immensely to move up to fourth place in the Premier League table, which will see them into next season’s Champions League if they hold on.
