Spurs are over for their first pre-season tour since before the pandemic in Son’s home country.

They play two games: the first against Team K League on Wednesday in Seoul and the second against Sevilla in Suwon three days later.

Conte sent his players straight to work as they drove from the airport to Goyang Stadium in north-west Seoul for a training session.

Spurs’ 28-man Far East squad includes summer signings Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic.

Clement Lenglet’s loan from Barcelona was not completed in time to obtain the correct documents to travel to South Korea while Joe Rodon was out due to illness.

The unwanted quartet Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Winks, Sergio Reguilon and Gio Lo Celso also stayed behind.

Those four will continue their pre-season training in north London and are available for a transfer – Winks has been heavily linked with a move to Everton.
