Tottenham are considering offering two outsiders a transfer swap deal for Nottingham Forest star Brennan Johnson

TOTTENHAM are reportedly planning a swap deal for Nottingham Forest striker Brennan Johnson and are preparing to offer unwanted duo Djed Spence and Joe Rodon.
The future of Spurs record goalscorer Harry Kane is at stake as Bayern Munich continue their hunt for the 30-year-old England captain.
Their latest offer was rejected on Monday but it remains unclear if he will be in north London by the end of the transfer window.
And the Lilywhites are already planning life without Kane should he depart in the coming weeks.
Accordingly The postTottenham will offer Spence and Rodon in a swap deal for Johnson – who is valued at £50million.
Bids of £30m and £40m have already been rejected for Brentford as they pursue the 22-year-old Welsh striker, who has scored 29 goals in 105 games for Forest.
But Spurs are keen to make a different proposal as they look to sack some of their fringe players.
Spence has only played six games since joining Tottenham from Middlesbrough for £20million last summer.
The 22-year-old right-back, who spent the second half of last season at Rennes, thrived on loan at Forest and played a key role in their promotion to the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Rodon was also on loan at Rennes last season – having made just 15 Premier League appearances for Tottenham in the previous two years.
