Single taxpayers earning $75,000 are eligible for the plus payment, while the threshold is $150,000 for couples filing jointly.
Plus payments continue to be sent at a time when it seems unlikely that a fourth round of federal stimulus checks will be enacted any time soon.
Meanwhile, thousands of Californians will receive payments worth up to $1,100 in the coming weeks as part of Governor Gavin Newsom’s Golden State Stimulus II initiative.
Residents who live in an area with a zip code ending in 928-999 will have their stimulus checks deposited through January 11.
Americans should receive their checks no later than February 1.

It can take up to three weeks to receive paper checks once they are posted.
You must have $1 to $75,000 in California Adjusted Gross Income (CA AGI) to qualify.
To qualify for the stimulus payment, Californians must file their 2020 taxes by October 15.
Recipients must live in the Golden State for half of the 2020 tax year and be a resident on the date the payment is issued.
At least nine million people are expected to receive a state stimulus check before the end of the year.
California isn’t the only state helping Americans.
Residents of the state of Maine start receiving stimulus payments on November 15.

And, Marylanders eligible for stimulus payments under the state’s “RELIEF Act.”
Eligible family receive a $500 check, while individuals can receive $300 in payment.
A total of 422,531 Maryland residents are eligible to receive state payments — with 98% of them receiving payments in February, according to Comptroller’s Office.
