Tommy Fury has ‘NO CHANCE’ against Jake Paul and will be KO’d in three rounds, says man who boxed BOTH rivals

JAKE PAUL was assisted to relieve Tommy Fury within three rounds by a fighter who shared the ring with BOTH rivals.

Fury is close to landing a THIRD contract to fight Paul after pulling out of their pay-per-view headliners twice in the past.

Anthony Taylor is in the rare position of having boxed the celebrity star couple.

He was Paul’s previous sparring partner when he lost a four-round decision on the YouTuber’s undercard to Fury, 23, last year.

And with talk of a grudge match being rescheduled for 2023, Taylor, 33, sees only one winner.

He told SunSport: “Tommy doesn’t stand a chance. Jake Paul knocks him out in the third round.

“Tommy is slow, he has no power, he has no pop in him, I felt his power.

“I’m a tough guy, I’m a realist and I’ve always been consistent, Tommy doesn’t have the power.

“Jake Paul will just surpass Tommy. As you notice Tommy likes to avoid the longer rounds, Tommy did four rounds.

“He avoids eight rounds, he doesn’t do them. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jake said, “We’re going to fight, but it’s 12 rounds.”

“Tommy will say, ‘No, I’m fine.’ I think Jake should fight Tommy over ten rounds to be honest.

“That’s fair since Tommy shagged Jake twice should he take financial responsibility for the fight and make it a ten round fight.”

Fury made his first retirement against Paul, 25, last December with a rib injury, which led to Tyron Woodley, 40, stepping in and losing by KO.

The couple then renegotiated terms for August, but the 2019 Love Islander had a US visa issue that is currently pending.

Paul instead returned in October, beating UFC legend Anderson Silva, 47, in his biggest win to date.

And now it’s Fury’s turn as he takes on American Paul Bamba, 33, 5-2 in Dubai on Sunday, falling to Floyd Mayweather’s undercard.

Paul will also be present with Taylor in the fight against another reality TV star in Jack Fincham, 31.

But the former MMA champion wanted to take on Fury – and challenged his former opponent to try and score a KO this time.

Taylor said: “Tommy doesn’t want to fight me again.

“Tommy wants to fight Jake Paul, but Jake had to fight Tyron Woodley twice because Tommy backed out.

“Why don’t I get my rematch? Who are you to tell me I can’t get a rematch? He wants to fight bums.

“No disrespect to Paul Bamba, he’s a bum and that’s just the way it is.

“Tommy, fight a real fighter. Finish what you started. Give me my fight for salvation.”
