VERONIKA RAJEK has revealed the secrets behind her incredible physique.

And Veronika told how she stays in such amazing shape.

The model uploaded the pictures as part of her Pre Xmas Body Shape Check.

She claimed she hit the gym 300 days this year to show incredible dedication.

Veronika also eats a balanced diet, although she did not go into detail about her diet.

She also said she only sustained a minor injury at the gym.

But her biggest piece of advice was to “strive for greatness without having to achieve immediate results.”

The Slovakian model turned heads when she showed up to watch Brady’s Buccaneers take on the New Orleans Saints this season.

Rajek took to social media after the game to gush over the 45-year-old NFL GOAT, who recently divorced supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen.

Veronika gushed: “I’ve seen the LEGEND and if anyone asks me again if I love Brady, yes I love him and show me someone who doesn’t.

“Even his haters love him because they know he’s the one [goat emoji].

“Thanks for a great show.”

A former Miss Slovakia contestant, Rajek’s fame has skyrocketed in recent years thanks to her huge influence on social media.

She started modeling at the age of just 16 and was an athletics star during her school days in the small town of Vranov nad Topľou.

Rajek, who is married, boasts a whopping 3.3 million followers on Instagram alone, where she posts sultry snaps of magazine shots and exotic vacations.

She is an ambassador for clothing giant Fashion Nova and has modeled for some of the world’s most famous brands.

Rajek added: “My body is seen as a danger on social media and I keep getting fired by trolls for doing absolutely nothing but sharing photos of my body.

“Some people are even reporting my Instagram account because they are offended by my slim looks and it’s making me lose money and jobs.”

Rajek has also been accused of undergoing breast augmentation surgery on her 36D cups.

But she insists her breasts are all natural, even going so far as to get professional validation and include “certified #noplastic” in her Instagram bio.
