Today’s hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager are asking the producer to lend a hand on live TV to help with the wildlife cause
HODA Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager recently had to ask one of their Today Show producers for help during a live segment.
The hosts wanted viewers to hear one more opinion during the summer-themed discussion, and their colleague pushed through.

On Friday, Hoda hosted a Today segment about a treat she likes to make for her daughters when it’s hot outside.
The “sweet summer treat” is her version of ice cream, and she shared the recipe on the show.
Jenna watched as Hoda tossed ricotta cheese, ice cream, whipped cream, and maple syrup into a container.
After mixing the mix, the hostess did a little taste test herself before deciding it needed a little more maple syrup and ice before anyone else tried it.
Jenna seemed a little unsure about the whole thing, but promised she was “ready” to try it.
Hoda walked over and gave her co-host a spoonful of the treat, and Jenna just nodded her head as she found out how she felt about it.
“It’s delicious,” she said, adding, “I mean, it tastes like ricotta.”
That’s when Jenna decided they needed a different opinion on taste.

“Anyone else want to come and try?” she asked, then specifically called over a colleague named Tailia.
Hoda agreed, shouting, “Talia, come on. Talia, try it, come on, come on.”
The producer walked over in the middle of the live segment, her headset still on, to help the co-hosts with a taste test.
When the woman went for a bite, Jenna added that it “tastes like cheese,” and Hoda yelled back, “No, it doesn’t!”
Talia tried it a bit and nodded when asked if she liked it before smiling and walking back to her off-camera position.
While Hoda focused on getting everyone’s opinion on her recipe, Jenna couldn’t help but take a moment during the segment to gush about her co-star’s muscles.
About halfway through the segment, Hoda finished mixing the drink for the second time and had to unscrew the lid on the container again.
The top was a bit stuck and the hostess, wearing a sleeveless purple jumpsuit, had to use all her strength to pull it off.
Jenna sat off to one side, head on fist, staring at her co-host.
At one point, she gushed, “Your arms are amazing. Look how strong her arms are!”
Crew members could be heard laughing in the background after Jenna blurted out the nice comment.
