The Foundation is open to everyone who lives in Seattle regardless of your citizenship or immigration status.

Eligible applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

You must have income below 50% of the Seattle area median income, less than $40,500 for an individual or $57,850 for a family of four.

You must also have at least one of the following that applies to the individual or to a member of the household:

  • Live within Seattle’s boundaries
  • Enroll in the Seattle Promise or enroll in Seattle Public Schools
  • Be an artist or cultural worker owning or renting an art studio or rehearsal space within Seattle boundaries at any time as of March 2020

How much will people get?

The City of Seattle will give out $1,000 to $3,000.
