She famously escaped from a theater after watching a spooky horror movie in the iconic promo starring the King of Pop.

Dressed in his iconic red suit, Michael followed her outside and assured her it was just a movie before he began his iconic zombie dance routine.

Ola now has voluminous blonde hair and a keen eye for a glamorous outfit.

And she paid tribute to the landmark release on Sunday as it hit a major milestone.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote, “Hello world, happy 40th anniversary of the Thriller album. Check out my book to find some amazing stories of us in thriller video.”

Ola previously revealed how Michael stripped naked on the Thriller set and kissed her passionately.

She told DailyMailTV: “Michael and I got intimate on Thriller, yes. One day I went to his trailer and that’s where I had my second kiss with him.

“I kissed him on set for the first time, I kissed him on the cheek, then one day he asked me to come into his dressing room and I went in there and we sat down and talked and we were each other came very close and he kissed me for the second time.

“It was a very passionate kiss and, you know, we did something else, but that’s all I’ll say.”

“I’ll just tell you this much,” she added. “He undressed in front of me, I won’t tell you any more about it – you have to read my book.”

Ola, who was a former Playmate of the Month for the June 1980 issue, said while she didn’t expect something like this to happen, getting “intimate” with Michael Jackson made her feel “really, really good.”

She added that they became “very, very close” in the two weeks they were together.

Ola, who had previously appeared in George Benson’s Give Me The Night video, was thrust into the limelight in her early 20s for starring in the thriller video, which became a huge hit upon its release in 1983.

The video is still very popular with fans and has been viewed more than 597 million times on YouTube.

While Ola has fond memories of working on the video, she claimed Jackson’s estate still owes her millions of dollars in royalties and that she’s struggling to make ends meet since she lives in a one-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles .

She beat off hundreds of hopefuls to appear in the 14-minute video, directed by John Landis, which took two weeks to shoot.

She described Jackson as a “sweet” and very nice guy, as well as a “gentle soul”.

After filming was completed, she met Jackson again a few months later at Westlake Studios while Quincy Jones was producing his Bad album.

Jackson had told her he couldn’t continue their affair because of a promise he made to a friend, meaning they were interested in Ray.

The couple discussed the situation and Jackson invited them to lunch, but Ray declined and instead gave him her number and asked him to call her.

She said she received an initial payment of $2,500 (£1,900) for her role in the video but has not received any further payment for at least two years despite signing a lucrative contract.

Ola claims Jackson promised her 2.5 percent of the royalties from the Thriller video, but said when Jackson died in 2009 her contract was changed and she was “persuaded” to sign a settlement agreement.

The video is reported to have grossed $92,735,816 in digital video sales and $78.6 million in DVD sales through June 2010.

Ola said her share of the money was supposed to be $4.2million (£3.3million) but claimed she had been paid less than $200,000 (£157,000) in the 35 years since the video was released.

In 2012, after a court battle, she was awarded $75,000 in back payments, of which $20,000 went to her legal department.

Ola also said she doesn’t believe the child molestation allegations made against Jackson in the Wade Robson and James Safechuck documentary “Leaving Neverland.”

She told DailyMailTV: “All I can say is that the Michael I know would never do anything like that.”
