Ace Khan had his £72,000 watch stolen from his wrist during the scary ordeal in April.
Two thugs approached him and demanded that he hand him the diamond-encrusted Franck Muller Vanguard Chronograph outside the Sahara Grill in Leyton, East London.
Wife Faryal, 30, was a few paces behind.
Cops said they questioned three men yesterday on suspicion of robbery.
