HAFTHOR BJORNSSON trolled Eddie Hall just hours after their grim match with a video mocking his technique
The former Game of Thrones star defeated the Strongest Man in the World 2017 in a dusting in Dubai on Saturday night.
Bjornsson beat Hall twice en route to earn a decisive unanimous victory, in which he displayed good technique in odd situations.
And the Icelandic giant poked fun at his old friend with a video of himself releasing The Beast with a left-hand straight hit.
Bjornsson’s accompanying caption read: “I guess the technique does NOT matter. Who knows.”
The 33-year-old’s army of followers were quick to comment, with one saying: “Hey man, I’m not even going to lie, I’m impressed with your straight punches.”
Another said: “Nice one Big Billy, quality shot.”
And another said, “Good boxing, Thor.”
One commented: “All about the sequel. Straight as death.”
Thor also finds himself on canvas in the desert and quickly unleashes the punching power of his old friend.
In his post-match interview, he said, “I’ve never been overlooked in training, so he can really punch. He can really punch.”

“He’s not lying! But today, I feel like technique won.”
A dejected Hall reflected on the disappointing loss on Instagram this morning, saying: “You know, I can take everything as a man. It’s like, it’s boxing.
“At the end of today, I just fought the biggest man on the planet in a boxing match.
“I’d like to see anyone else get the ball and do it.
“It’s been a hell of a ride; I’ve enjoyed it and hopefully there’s a rematch and we can do business again.
“I want to wish everyone out there.. that you stay safe, stay optimistic and you always move forward in life.
“The most important thing is family; this beautiful baby [Hall’s wife] is my rock and no matter what happens, I get to go home to her and the kids. “
