This dreary tent sells for $200,000

A shabby tent is on the market for $200,000, but it’s hiding a flamboyant secret that might intrigue potential buyers.
This seemingly boring six-bedroom estate is located in Polo, Missouri, and sits on a 10.5-acre site.
It has everything one would expect from a home, kitchen, bathroom, shower, living room with electric fireplace, and even a gym and storage room.
But the biggest secret of the property is that it is essentially a nuclear bunker.
A description on real estate agent Zillow said it was “the only bunker for sale near a major city that has been completely remodeled.”
The 1960s underground bunker house is just 30 minutes north of Kansas City.
It features 2-foot-thick concrete walls and ceilings, brass baffles, blower doors, vents with filters, and blow-valve closing mechanisms.
It also has a stainless steel water tank, an emergency exit and a 177 ft tower that can be used for Hamm Radio or maybe even a cell tower.
The ad explains that the property’s previous owners “reconstructed much of the structure to create a two-story living space.”
The bunker house also has a music studio with recording/singing counter and a storage room.
The real estate agent’s website explains that the bunker that cost $4-5 million to build at the time would be about $40 million today.
Another gorgeous house in Las Vegas turned out to be a old bomb shelter.
