REAL MADRID Champions League hero Thibaut Courtois has shown off his new ‘Brick Wall’ tattoo to celebrate the LaLiga side’s triumph over Liverpool.
The goalkeeper was named Man of the Match in the 1-0 win in Paris.
Courtois successfully shut out the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz.
The former Chelsea ace made an impressive NINE saves to keep a clean sheet in the Champions League final.
And to honor Real’s win and recognize his personal achievement, Courtois had a brick wall tattooed in a goal with his initials, shirt number and the Champions League trophy.
After winning the famous competition, Courtois brought his England-based critics into overdrive.
He said: “Today I had to win a final for my career, for all the hard work to get my name respected.
“In March there was a magazine that didn’t put me in the top 10 goalkeepers in the world.
“I don’t think they need to put me number 1 but not get in the top 10 – it’s weird.
“I think it has to do with how I left Chelsea, but I’ve won the Premier League twice in England.

“I don’t think I’ll ever really be recognized for that, especially after my first year at Madrid.
“A lot of people laughed at me, but here I am as a winner, so it’s a nice comeback.”
Courtois also played a role in helping Real regain the LaLiga title.
Real won the Spanish top flight by 13 points over rivals Barcelona and 15 points over then-holders Atletico Madrid.
