The Wheel of Fortune contestant defeats Pat Sajak with his double-jointed body trick as the game surprises with new prize value

A WHEEL of Fortune contestant revealed a talent other than solving puzzles on Friday, sending Pat Sajak into a panic.

Jesse showed off various flexible body parts that the soon-to-retire host joked he wished he “couldn’t see.”

Jesse, from Las Vegas, was interviewed by Pat, 76, at the start of the Wheel of Fortune episode.

Pat read from his cue card: “Let’s talk about your joints. You seem to be double-jointed, so to speak.

Jesse rolled up his sleeves and confirmed the information.

He said, “Yeah, so I have a rubber pinky, Pat,” while moving his pinky back and forth pretty quickly with his other hand.

Weird flex, but okay!

Jesse then showed that his fingers had double joints; They curled up, as seen in an unwavering close-up.

“I’ve gone crazy – human claw,” Jesse added, coining the term for his hands.

“Oh my goodness!” Pat said, interrupting him.

Jesse then added that he could “roll his stomach,” which he showed off (through his shirt, of course), and that he could put his entire hand in his mouth, which he said he would “save for later.” “.

Pat was at a loss for words: “I’ll never overlook all of this.”

“Okay,” Jesse replied, seeming to be hoping for a slightly more positive reaction.

“Thank you so much for sharing it with us,” Pat added.

However, it was challenger Leah who won with the highest total and although she didn’t guess the bonus puzzle, Pat revealed she missed out on an interesting prize card worth $75,000.

NEW PRIZE CARD is approaching

Fans had never seen the prize amount before, so the new prize value became the talk of game show viewers.

“First-ever $75,000 loss on the regular series!” one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

“If she had won $75,000, would there have been confetti?” wondered another.

“Well, that’s new. $75,000?!” posted a third when the episode aired.

“Let me see that tummy roll!!!,” wrote a fourth, as many had also never seen anyone so flexible.

WHITE ON!

Meanwhile, Vanna, 66, had a successful week as she finally got executives to extend her contract on September 20 after months of salary battles.

Her contract runs through the 2026 season and will see her appear on the popular game show with Pat’s successor, Ryan Seacrest, for at least two years.

Accordingly TMZWhite received a “significant raise” with the deal, but the exact figure is not being disclosed.

Vanna, who earns $3 million per season, had reportedly demanded a pay rise from the show’s producers, claiming that she had only received bonuses for the past 18 years.

She reportedly contacted a lawyer and demanded half of current host Pat Sajak’s $15 million annual salary.

Ryan will take over from 76-year-old Pat after his amazing 40 years as host at the end of the currently airing season in June 2024.
