The View’s Sara Haines urges fans to ‘don’t be afraid to start fresh’ just days after the launch of the star’s new solo project.

THE View host Sara Haines shared a cryptic post about starting over just days after launching a new project off the talk show.
While the 45-year-old often interviews stars on TV with her co-hosts, she has decided to create her own solo series.

On Friday, Sara decided to share some advice with fans that she’s been thinking about a lot lately.
She shared on Instagram, “I saw a quote that said don’t be afraid to start over…”
The TV personality credited the cryptic post to popular life coach Jay Shetty, who has been a guest on The View in the past.
Fans jumped into the comments section to agree with the sentiment and thank Sara for reminding them.

One follower wrote, “There’s nothing wrong with getting back up and reinventing a new you.”
A second said: “Amen! Many of us are afraid to start over because we are afraid of change.”
“Love this…and I needed it today,” commented a third. “I bet others too. Thank you for sharing.”
The advice to start over comes shortly after Sara launched a new online interview series called Just Curious earlier this month.

For the first episode, the TV personality had writer Tembi Locke, whose memoir From Scratch was recently adapted into a Netflix limited series.
The presenter shared on Instagram: “Starting with someone whose story brought me to my knees in love, sadness and resilience. It was an honor to meet you.”
She released her second episode with Rabbi Steve Leder last week.
“I can’t think of anything that makes me more curious than finding our purpose in life, surviving loss, and navigating faith in a mixed-faith household,” Sara shared.
She added: “That’s why @steve_leder is the person who takes care of all my burning questions.
“We talk about anti-Semitism, talk to children about what is happening in our country, face death and more.”
Fans had gotten a taste of the new series in late March when Sara first announced the new appearance.
She announced that the long-form interview project will be featured in a minute-long Instagram video on her YouTube in the near future.
“I’ve been working on a small personal project for the past few months that we’ll be running soon. I think the right word would be ‘drop’ it’s not an album but whatever,” Sara said in the clip.
She continued: “It’s called Just Curious with Sara and it’s longer interviews where we can share clips but it will also be live on YouTube.
“I’m so curious and I always have questions I want to ask, a thousand, and while I can do that on TV, it’s just never nearly long enough. It’s a fraction of what I want to know.”

Sara outlined more about what fans can expect from the new series.
“I’ve interviewed rabbis, parenting experts, skin specialists, funny moms and all these funny people to talk about existential questions about life, death, mortality and grief and anything you can think of. Stay tuned because they’re coming soon.”
