The View’s Joy Behar got so “bad” as she took off her shoes and threw her foot on the table to get a massage from a star actor

THE View star Joy Behar did something on a recent episode of the morning show that has fans in a frenzy.

Joy got a little too comfortable with Tuesday’s View guest Matthew McConaughey in front of fans.

During the show, Joy’s co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, 34, reminded Matthew, 53, of the iconic interview he did on the show over 17 years ago.

Alyssa had producers play a clip from the show that aired on March 10, 2006.

In the flashback excerpt, Matthew gave 80-year-old Joy a foot massage by expertly rubbing her foot.

After the short video ended and producers returned to the round table, Joy put her foot on the table in front of Matthew and revealed that she “got a pedicure.”

At that moment, the movie star blew into his hands and began massaging Joy’s foot a second time.

As Matthew rubbed her foot, the comedian did a happy dance and praised the Interstellar star for being “good” at what he did.

Joy joked that “reflexology was Matthew’s next career.”

He massaged Joy’s foot for about a minute and a half before she removed her foot from the table.

She thanked him for his service and then continued with the interview.

The seemingly healthy interaction was not well received by fans.

Supporters of The View complained online about how unsanitary and disturbing the segment was on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Eww… #Matthew massaging #GrandMaJoy feet… who puts feet on the table… #TheView… that’s gross,” one fan raged.

A second fan added: “No Matthew I love Joy but what happened to the hand sanitiser?” #TheView.”

A third signed: “Joy putting her foot on the table! Yet again …”

Great game

It’s nothing new for the TV personality to receive backlash from fans.

Earlier this year, Joy was mocked for her “incredibly rude” behavior during an episode that aired in late January.

She appeared to be asleep during Whoopi Goldberg’s (67) outro, while the other presenters remained serious.

When The View returned from the final commercial break of the day, Whoopi thanked fans for watching.

“Welcome back. Before we leave, we wanted to take a moment to pay our respects to yesterday’s deadly shootings in California and Illinois,” she said.

“You know there were 39 mass shootings in the first month of 2023 and obviously and unfortunately that’s not going away and we’re going to look at it again.”

In the background, Joy could be heard saying, “God.”

Whoopi, 67, continued: “We’re glad you’ve been watching us. We are pleased that you were with us. We want you to have a great day where you take a little time to enjoy the view and really take your time to enjoy the view.

“And I’ll see you tomorrow.”

The presenter had a sad expression on her face as the camera panned out.

As the camera showed all the presenters, Alyssa, Sunny Hostin, 54, and Sara Haines, 45, had sad expressions and clapped solemnly.

However, Joy had her head down and appeared to be sleeping or pretending to be asleep.

Maybe she was on the phone too.

Joy only raised her head for about the last 15 seconds.
