The View hosts are asking Whoopi Goldberg “not to do that again” as the host narrowly avoids a huge mistake live on air

WHOOPI Goldberg avoided public failure on daytime television thanks to the help of her co-hosts.

The brief moment happened at the end of last Monday’s episode.

During the February 13 episode, the women of The View spoke about a man who worries his girlfriend is spoiling her dog as it could indicate she is about to spoil her child.

Whoopi yells, “Idiot! No!” on the camera.

Sara Haines said she is “living proof” that spoiling dogs doesn’t mean spoiling children because their dogs are “spoiled little brats.”

Ana Navarro added that you can’t overwhelm your pets as she held up her coffee mug with a photo of her dog.

Alyssa Farah Griffin agreed that there is no link between pampering dogs and children.

Even Sunny Hostin agreed, saying she has a “farm” at home because she has so many pets.

Sunny said, “I want to make sure my kids are decent human empathic beings.”

A moment later, Whoopi interrupts: “Are we leave? This is a break. This isn’t going home, right? This is a commercial.

The audience at home hears one of her television co-hosts say, “Don’t do that again.”

The back-and-forth implies that Whoopi attempted to leave the show during a commercial break before it seemed like they were no longer filming.

VOLTAGES ARE HIGH

Whoopi has had a brief backup on the daytime television talk show of late, especially when it comes to the producers and crew.

On Wednesday’s show, the 67-year-old got snarky at a producer who wanted her to end her argument with Liam Neeson.

Co-hosts Ana and Joy Behar inundated the Oscar-nominated actor with questions that dominated much of the conversation.

Just as Whoopi was about to chime in and paused when she appeared to be reading something from the teleprompter, she instead clapped after a show producer.

Whoopi took a moment to collect her words before giving an on-air mini-rant, apparently tired of producers just “throwing stuff at the teleprompter.”

GETTING HOT

The fight continued as she was forced to correct an earlier statement about the Super Bowl.

She said: “Wait, apparently I phrased myself wrong at the helm of the show. Last night was Patrick Mahome’s second Super Bowl heist and MVP win.”

However, the TV personality wasn’t pleased with the teleprompter change, snapping at producers, “You stopped me for that?”

Whoopi glared at the cameras as the audience laughed at the awkward moment.

Also in January, Whoopi blatantly ignored a request from the morning show’s producer when she made her point on an episode of The View.
