The ex-midfielder was a big chunk of the time, playing for the club between 1987 and 1998.
He’s put on well over 350 gigs in that time, but now enjoys a drastically different lifestyle.
The man in question is Brain McClair, who has distanced himself from his playing days in both looks and personality.
The Scot now sports a huge gray beard with long gray locks that reach his shoulders and lives the life of a successful podcaster.
The midfield star admitted on his podcast Life With Brian that his new appearance often causes confusion among fans.
He said: “There’s a lot more happening than I ever imagined, especially the fact that I’m covered in this beautiful gray stuff growing out of my face.
“It’s entertaining to listen to. Sometimes I’ve been in situations where my name came up and they had no idea it was me, which is pretty bizarre.
“Now what I tend to say when they ask if I’m Brian McClair is ‘I used to be,’ which is pretty baffling to a lot of people. how can you be earlier Who are you now? What are you now?”

The former soccer player, who went by the nickname Choccy throughout his career, sometimes even playfully introduces himself by a different name.
He revealed that he calls himself “Chokrates” because “I’m a philosopher now.”
A picture of McClair sitting in a pub went viral last month, and fans were left in disbelief at the changes to his appearance.
Explaining that even fans looking for autographs think his friends are him because he looks so different now, the 59-year-old shared a story when he and a pal were approached in a pub.
McClair added: “My mate doesn’t look like me at all and is comfortably three stones heavier to start with. He pointed at me and the guy said, “No, that’s not Brian McClair.”
“My buddy gave me a piece of paper and I signed it. The guy was totally disgusted and turned to my mate and said, “What the fuck kind of person are you? can’t you even fuck ***g give an autograph?”
McClair won four Premier League titles with Man United before leaving for Motherwell.
He later coached United’s youth academy director between 2006 and 2015.
