The Undertaker takes on a fun new role outside of the ring

Receiver has done it all in pro wrestling and he’s now a social media NBA meme.

Earlier this afternoon, Taker went viral on social media after a Twitter user created a new NBA meme based on Undertaker’s American Badass character debut at WWE Judgment Day 2000.

In the meme, Phenom is depicted as Memphis Grizzlies. The team is currently fourth in the Western Conference after winning ten games in a row and rocking the NBA. This is very similar to Taker’s return when The American Badass rocked WWE in 2000.

When will WWE induct The Undertaker into their Hall of Fame?

Undertaker retired from WWE at the 2020 edition of the Survivor Series. His retirement comes during the ThunderDome era, so sadly it took place in the presence of no fans.

After such an illustrious career, The Deadman deserves a well-deserved deposit. There is perhaps no better place to do it than in his home state of Texas, which this year WrestleMania event takes place.

At the time of this writing, WWE has yet to release any information regarding this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony. However, it seems a no-brainer to consider The Phenom as their headline act.

It’s likely that WWE will be returning to Texas soon for another WrestleMania, so now would be the perfect time to give Taker the title he deserves.

We’ll find out if this happens in the coming weeks. But if it is, you can pretty much guarantee that this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will sell out in no time.
