IF your kid is a fan of Build-A-Bear, you know how expensive dressing up teddies can be.
But one savvy mom has devised a genius way to buy new clothes for the bears at a fraction of the cost.
Sash wrote on videotapes shared on TikTok.
The clip shows her frog toy wearing a pink t-shirt and a small white dress with pink flowers on it.
“I got this cute little dungarees set from Primark – it’s so cute! It’s a bit big, but it’s still cute,” she added.
In the comments section of the video, people questioned what size she bought, and Sash replied, “I wouldn’t lie. I didn’t look at the size.
“I’m just trying to find the smallest clothes they have for babies.”
Another added: “Infants / up to 3 parts per million. I wouldn’t recommend anything like a long-sleeve / long-sleeve shirt unless you can sew.”
“If you’re worried about size, carry a bear in your pocket and just walk into the fitting room with a garment that fits your size,” another wrote.
While another comment read: “I can do this. My pjs seem really bad quality and I don’t like it.”
Two-piece dresses cost around £13.50 at Build-A-Bear, while similar sets cost around £10 on average at Primark.
