RUGBY star Danny Levi has been left with a broken jaw and missing teeth after a horror tackle during a National Rugby League clash.
Raiders star Levi was substituted after just two minutes after colliding with Sharks forward Teig Wilton.
He left the field with a bloody face while the medical team attended to his needs.
Commentator Warren Smith said: “He’s got a real problem here, Levi.”
Fellow Cooper Cronk added: “He immediately looked to the sidelines as he staggered out of contention.
“He looks in all sorts of trouble, Danny Levi.”
At half-time, the officials then had to go onto the field and look for Levi’s missing teeth.
During the break, former NRL star Mick Ennis told Fox League: “NRL officials are currently at the scene looking for Danny Levi’s teeth.”
In the second half, Smith updated viewers, saying: “We had NRL officials out there at the break looking for at least a tooth on the turf at GIO Stadium.
“They could be out there full time again if they don’t find it.

Despite missing Levi for most of the game, the Raiders managed to claim their first win of the season.
They secured a 24-20 win and survived a late Sharks comeback to bounce back from back-to-back losses earlier in the season.
Corey Horsburgh proved to be the deciding factor for the Raiders as the bench base scored two tries to give his side the two points.
