The Rock and Logan Paul could return at the Royal Rumble… and could be joined by Jake Paul

THE ROCK and Logan Paul are among the top contenders for a surprise appearance at the Royal Rumble.
And they could both be joined by Logan’s brother Jake Paul.

The Rumble takes place this Saturday at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
The popular pay-per-view event is famous for its shock return that has included legendary wrestlers and even celebrities mistaking it for the current roster.
Speculation is running wild this year and the WWE Universe could be bracing for something massive at the first stop en route to WrestleMania 39.
The Rock was touted as the shock winner of the men’s Royal Rumble match.
Rumor has it that WWE has been wanting to book the wrestling great and Hollywood megastar with undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns for years.
The 50-year-old action star and Reigns have a close bond and a long history as they are cousins and part of the legendary Anoa’i family.
But editor and editor of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter Dave Meltzer poured cold water on a possible return.
Meltzer claims Johnson’s schedule will not allow him to reach full fitness in time for WrestleMania.
However, The Rock has repeatedly acknowledged his desire to return to the ring for another match and remains fit despite his advanced age.
The 10-time world champion hasn’t fought since WrestleMania 29, when he lost to John Cena – he also beat Erick Rowan in a six-second match at WrestleMania 32.
But the Great One hadn’t wrestled in seven years before returning to the ring at Survivor Series in 2011, and it was still a stunning performance.
Another potential return could be Logan, who hasn’t performed since Crown Jewel in November.

The YouTuber lost to Reigns in Saudi Arabia and suffered a knee injury.
But the 27-year-old’s brother claimed his injury was not as bad as feared.
According to Fightful, WWE wants Logan to be back at the Rumble in a way.
And the amateur boxer’s stunning performances in all of his three wrestling matches make a surprise return to the 30-man over-the-top rope battle royal quite likely.

Logan may not be the only Paul at the event as Jake could join him.

The boxer has previously appeared in WWE standing on his brother’s corner at Crown Jewel.
And he wouldn’t be the first non-WWE star to take part in the iconic match, as Grammy-winning artist Bad Bunny also wrestled last year, lasting nearly 10 minutes.
