The Premier League’s biggest carnivores revealed – where does your club stand?

NEWCASTLE United fans in the Premier League are the most meat eaters, according to a survey.
A survey of 2,000 football fans – 100 from each of the 20 Prem teams – found 92% were meat eaters.
About 97 percent of the Toon army are carnivores, according to a survey of top team supporters.
Spurs, Brighton, Crystal Palace and Liverpool supporters were the next best at 95 percent.
West Ham fans had the lowest proportion of meat eaters at 87 per cent, a 100 per cent survey by plant-based food company Future Farm found across both Prem sides.
Newcastle fan Richard Pollard, 34, said: “I went vegetarian with my partner last year and she loved it. I haven’t fallen off the meat wreckage yet, but I’m craving a bacon sandwich.”
“I better stop, I’m torturing myself.”
Future Farm claimed carnivores were “on the way out” and vegetarians had “become the new normal”.
The poll comes after we told this week how Toon superfan James Longworth, 40, turned his loo into a mini St. James’ Park has transformed.
