Well, most did.
Scottish punter Jamie Gillan, nicknamed ‘Scottish Hammer’, was stranded in the UK over apparent visa issues.
According to NFL reporter Tom PelisseroGillan originally came to the US on a NATO visa when his father Colin, a navigator in Scotland’s Royal Air Force, was posted to southern Maryland, according to MyCentralJersey.
Although this was his fourth season in the NFL, his visa was never changed to a work visa.

Pelissero stated this was “not Gillan’s fault – just slipped through the cracks” and that he now has a new passport thanks to US diplomats.
Mike Garafolo reported that: “The #Giants and Gillan were aware of the potential passport issues for the return flight prior to the trip.”
From Wednesday noon was Gillan allegedly on a return flight to the USA
Both Gillan and Scot and Giants teammate Graham Gano wore Scottish flags on their helmets during their Week 5 win.
According to Garafolo, the 4-1 Giants are expected to have Gillan back in time for their matchup against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Oct. 16.
