The Mum and OnlyFans star is suing her sons’ school after she was banned from walking the grounds for her racy posts

A mother has sued her son’s school after she was barred from campus for her racy work as an OnlyFans model.

Victoria Triece, 31, has filed a lawsuit against Sand Lake Elementary School in Orange County, FL, alleging that she violated her rights to freedom of expression, assembly and privacy.

Mum-of-two Victoria claimed she was told she couldn’t volunteer at the school after a school board member shared cheeky photos of her account with staff in 2021.

This was despite having passed all her background checks and been a volunteer for five years.

Announcing the ban on Twitter at the time, she wrote: “The way someone took paid content from my OnlyFans and sent it to my kids’ school is so cruel.

“You don’t have to like or agree with what I’m doing, but doing something that extreme is just plain wrong.”

Her attorney, Mark NeJame, told DailyMail.com this week that the school board was acting like a “morality police force”.

He added: “If a teacher or a parent had an adulterous relationship, many would find it far less moral.

“Does that mean that parents and teachers who have broken their marriage vows shouldn’t be around children, is that immoral?”

The attorney claimed that his client also knew other parents in the county who were involved with the adult content site.

Victoria insisted she never behaved or dressed inappropriately while working at the school, including organizing class parties and helping with lab work.

According to her attorneys, she is still allowed to accompany school field trips but is not allowed to volunteer for events on campus.

The outraged mum created her account two years before she was hit with the ban and had promoted it on her public Twitter page.

She fumed: “One minute of my work a day isn’t my whole life, it’s not my life as a mother or a parent.

“I think everyone’s just floored because they’re like, ‘We know you, we know who you are.’

A spokesman for the district schools declined to comment on pending litigation.

The amount of the lawsuit was not specified, but Victoria has previously said she would be seeking $1 million in damages.

It comes after an Arizona teacher was forced to quit her job after students discovered she had been filming an adult video in a classroom.

Similarly, a teacher from Scotland was told she couldn’t come to the staff Christmas party after she quit when students found her OnlyFans account.
