Whether you’re trying to find your dream home or start a business, where you decide to establish can determine your future. In case Evil Genius 2, you must choose the perfect place to establish your evil lair to ensure a prosperous and long career.

In the really popular villain, your base of operations will be on an island where you can make plans without being disturbed. There are several islands to choose from, so make sure you pick the one that’s right for you.

Types of islands

There is no shortage of large green islands, but not all of them are suitable to support a center of crime activity. They need to be spacious, have access to resources, and isolated enough to avoid the eye of justice. Evil Genius 2 offers three different islands for you to choose from:

• Golden crown: This island is defined by a towering mountain surrounded by beaches and large rocks in the waters.
• Montañas Gemelas: This unusual island is made up of two bodies connected by a stone bridge, both lush with lush greenery.
• Caine Lock: A mysterious island with a body of water in the center surrounded by rocks and a mountain at the top.

Golden crown

Undoubtedly the simplest of the islands, it has a solid layout for getting started quickly. It is located in the part of the North Atlantic Ocean near Africa.

Advantages

• A large amount of mining space begins

• It has beautiful beaches to please tourists

• It has golden veins that can be mined for quick financing

Defect

• It’s the smallest island both in terms of construction and digging

• It is also the most vulnerable island with the lowest threat level being Medium from ANVIL

Montañas Gemelas

The island has two sections connected by a rock arch giving it a slightly more complex layout, offering more options. It is also located near Africa but in the South Atlantic Ocean.

Advantages

• It has the highest total digging area

• It has a beautiful view to draw attention away from your Cover Activity

• Stone bridge as a choke point for effective defense

Defect

• It has the lowest starting mining space

• It is quite vulnerable to two high-threat-level organizations

• Strange layout can make it difficult to expand

Caine Key

This is the closest you’ll get to a real volcanic lair centered on a basin and surrounded by rocks. It is located in the Indian Ocean, somewhere near Australia.

Advantages

• There is no back entrance that the Agents can exploit forcing them to go through the front

• It comes with a Helipad in the center, easily accessible

• It has the largest starting digging area

Defect

• The layout makes it difficult to build gathering rooms

• Although it provides the most secure of all the islands, it is still very vulnerable to SABER and ANVIL attacks.
