‘The king comes back’ – Tyson Fury challenges Derek Chisora trilogy at Man Utd’s Old Trafford in homecoming fight

TYSON FURY has called for a home fight with Derek Chisora at Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.

The heavyweight boxing legend has already confirmed he will end his four-month retirement to return for a trilogy with Chisora.

The fight is scheduled for December in Wales, where Anthony Joshua headlined twice, according to ESPN.

But Fury himself prefers it to his home fans at United’s 70,000-seater home.

He said: “That fight with Chisora, I think, should take place in Manchester, at United’s football ground.”

Training partner Isaac Lowe, 28, added: “Definitely because obviously he’s the king and he’s come back.

“He’s already been back to London so it’s only right that he’s going back to his hometown of Manchester.

“And there is no better place than the Manchester United football ground. So it’s the theater of dreams and the king is coming back.”

Fury, 33, announced his retirement in April after beating Dillian Whyte, 34, at Wembley, his first fight in the UK in four years.

But the Gypsy King CONFIRMS he’s coming back for an unlikely trilogy with Chisora, 38, whom he’s previously beaten in 2011 and 2014.

It is claimed that Goldstar Promotions – the company that handles Fury’s meet-and-greets across the UK – is behind the offer.

That’s despite the fact that Hall of Famer couple Frank Warren and Bob Arum have spearheaded the WBC champion’s career in recent years.

Arum has confirmed that he is NOT negotiating for Fury to fight Chisora again.

He instead awaits the outcome of Joshua’s rematch on August 20 with Oleksandr Usyk, 35, where the winner is in line for an undisputed decision.

Arum said to Dan Rafael, “Of course not. Nothing. What are we, crazy?

“Everyone is waiting for the fight and then we will see if it is feasible to do the full unification.”
