The Jeffrey Dahmer Story season 2 on Netflix?

Every Netflix subscriber has probably heard about it Monsters: The Story of Jeffrey Dahmer at this point. Whether you’ve seen the show or not, there’s no way you’ll miss it. As of October 6, the series ranks first in the top 10 Netflix TV shows.

The series is a fictional retelling of the life of murderer and sex offender Jeffrey Dahmer and the story of his victims. The serial killer murdered and dismembered 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991.

Some of his murders also involved necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent preservation of body parts. The unfortunate reason he got away with the crimes for over a decade is partly due to systemic racism and its impact on the police force.

It’s no secret that the show has become a Netflix hit. And while the story came to a decent resolution, you might be wondering if a second season is in store on Netflix.

Will there be another season of Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story?

As of this writing, Netflix hasn’t stated this Monsters: The Story of Jeffrey Dahmer Season 2 is in the works. That makes sense since we’ve already seen it all – Dahmer’s growing up, the murders and other heinous acts he committed, his trial, and eventually his death.

But that doesn’t mean Ryan Murphy couldn’t turn the series into an anthology. The viewership of the Dahmer story is one of the highest Netflix has ever seen. monster was able to gain 196.2 million viewers in the first week. The numbers are almost identical to Bridgeton season 2 and stranger things season 4

Because of this, Netflix might want to keep the same format but focus on someone else. Could it be John Wayne Gacy? The inclusion of this serial killer in monster felt unnecessary. But perhaps its inclusion hints at something more. We’ll have to wait and see if any news comes from Netflix!
