A GUNMAN has taken a man hostage inside an Apple store in Amsterdam.

The hooded attacker was filmed with a man in a head covering as he held a pistol to his head.

He also aggressively raised his gun towards the street while shouting through the shop window.

Other clips show numerous armed policemen lining the streets to target the Apple store in Netherlands‘ capital.

It is rumored to be a possible robbery. Local television reported that witnesses said they heard gunshots.

Amsterdam police said: “There was a police operation due to a call at a shop on Leidseplein.”
