PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man from Greene County has been convicted of assaulting a pregnant woman.
According to the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, Derek Coss was found guilty of simple assault and reckless endangerment last week.

District Attorney David Russo said the charges against Coss were part of an investigation by the Greene Area Police Department.
“The Commonwealth is pleased to have reached a guilty verdict in this case. The victim in this case was pregnant when the accused assaulted her, but fortunately her unborn child was not harmed. ,” said ADA Roy Cross, who prosecuted the case. “Mr. Coss is a prominent member of the Pagan Motorcycle Club, and justice has been served in convicting these heinous acts,” said Attorney David Russo.
