The frugal mom of six bought and wrapped all her Christmas presents for 2022

One SAVVY mom out of six bought her presents for Christmas 2022 – and even wrapped a lot.

Gemma Chamberlain, 37, hosted by Mega, has been hunting for bargains during the sales – and claims to have saved hundreds of pounds.

The full-time carer said how she wants to avoid a last-minute panic in December, so instead, get most gifts 12 months in advance.

Gemma, who has photographed dozens of items, said: “I’ve been shopping on sale for years. It made my life so much easier and we saved a fortune. ”

Gemma’s five girls and one boy range in age from 16 years to 7 months. “I also have two kids’ birthdays in December, so we need to get organized,” she said.

Gemma posted snapshots of her early life including her clothes, toiletries and board games.

She continued: “I saved over £100 at Tesco and I saved £178 at Boots, I actually saved more than I spent. Boots are half off and at Tesco everything is off. Some items are scanned even less so is always a bonus. ”

But Gemma, who lives in Leicester with partner Adam, 31, is prepared for special requests.

“Of course the kids will ask for certain things by the end of next year but I will always take advantage of the sales for things that I believe they will enjoy,” she said.

Gemma has also gone a step further and wrapped up the coming year. She explained: “I was guilty of leaving the wrap on until the last minute and with six kids it could be chaotic.

“This year the box was still intact and I thought, ‘Why not. Let’s get started. “I’ve already wrapped 35 presents.”
