The former Wimbledon champion looks unrecognizable with graying hair as he builds a tennis dynasty

A FORMER Wimbledon Champion looks unrecognizable as his age is revealed.
The Dutch tennis star retired from the sport in 2003 after winning 17 titles in his career.
His greatest achievement was winning Wimbledon in 1996 after beating MaliVai Washington in the final.
It was the same game where waitress Melissa Johnson stole the show when she stormed onto center court while the two tennis stars warmed up.
He also has a son who is a professional tennis player who has made a name for himself in the sport.
The now 51-year-old heads a foundation that motivates young people in disadvantaged neighborhoods to develop a healthy lifestyle.
Since 2004 he has also been Director of the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam.
Two years after his retirement, he published his own tennis book called Fast Balls.
The retired tennis star is, of course… Richard Krajicek.
And his son is Alec Deckers, 23, who is currently ranked No. 599 in the ATP Singles Rankings.

When he won his Wimbledon title he didn’t have the gray hair that now sits on his head and now makes him unrecognizable.
Since its establishment in 1997, the Krajicek Foundation has 129 playgrounds in 40 municipalities, where more than 5,800 children play and play sports.
He said of the foundation: “In 1997 we started as a foundation to build sports fields for children and young people.”
“Soon it became much more.”
