The forgotten Premier League star, who joined Tottenham with Kyle Walker, is set to face unemployment after his sacking aged 34

Former Tottenham star Kyle Naughton woke up today without a club after being sacked by Swansea City.
The veteran full-back made 26 appearances for the Swans this season and has played for the South Wales club since 2015.
Head coach Russell Martin, who is believed to be the favorite to fill the vacant post at Southampton, confirmed Naughton, Ryan Madding and Joel Latibeaudiere would all be leaving at the end of the season.
He said: “I’d love to keep all three, but we’re not at that point at the moment.”
“I’ll be really sad to lose any of them, let alone all of them.”
Naughton made 285 appearances for Swansea after joining them from Spurs in 2015.
Swansea fans paid tribute to the outgoing player on Twitter, saying: “Mr Consistent, he has almost always achieved a 7 out of 10 performance, also scored an important goal or two. Thank you Sir.”
Another said: “The football club won’t miss you for anything. A total pro and our most consistent player since being relegated to the league.”
Another simply said: “Thanks Naughts 😢”
Before joining Swansea, Naughton made 75 appearances for Spurs.

He joined Tottenham on a dual deal from Sheffield United, alongside fellow right-back Kyle Walker.
Many believed at the time that Naughton would have the better career of the two as he was already a regular at Sheffield United at the time of his move.
But it was Walker who went on to become Spurs’ first choice before joining Manchester City in 2017.
It is not yet known which club Naughton will join.
