The evil thug sent his girlfriend Hollie Gazzard’s family a chilling message before stabbing her to death for abandoning him

A BAD thug wrote to his ex’s family: ‘I warned you all’ – minutes before he stabbed her for leaving him.
Hollie Gazzard was stabbed 14 times in two minutes by twisted Asher Maslin while finishing a haircut for a client.

The “bright” 20-year-old had left her killer just four days earlier, on Valentine’s Day 2014, after years of abuse and control.
The couple first started dating in January 2013 after meeting at a bar, but Maslin became increasingly obsessive – she often showed up in the evenings and followed her.
“He abused Hollie. He humiliated her in front of everyone. He talked to her like a piece of dirt,” recalled Hollie’s father, Nick.
“Fixed” Maslin later attacked Hollie and bombarded her with texts and calls late into the night.
The breakup ignited Maslin, then 21, as he sold a £5 DVD player to buy the 12-inch kitchen knife that would kill Hollie.
He stole the hairdresser’s bank cards as she walked to her car – before withdrawing £300 and enjoying a crack cocaine binge.
Maslin later bombarded the young barber with sinister lyrics, one of which read, “I don’t want to get freaking violent as I’m going to take it too far.”
She told clients how Maslin’s crazy behavior – including threats to hit her father Nick with a bat – had scared her out of the house.
Although she reported her perpetrator to the police on February 16, they could not find him.
“I WARNED YOU ALL”
Two days later, he sent her sister Chloe’s partner a chilling text, saying: “I warned you all.”
Minutes later, Maslin barged into the Fringe Benefits salon in Gloucester, where he cut his ex to death in a frantic two-minute execution in front of horrified customers.
She was taken to hospital at 6.30pm following the horror but tragically died on arrival.
Salon boss Sian Pryszlak recalled how Hollie expected Maslin to show up the day he killed her.
She told Channel 5 Stalked: Murder in slow motion In 2019, she said “hello” to Maslin when he arrived, before signaling for Hollie to call the police.
She recalled, “I heard quite a commotion and then people ran up to me and a client said, ‘There’s a knife.'”
NO MERCY
In July 2014, Maslin, who had been arrested 23 times for violence, was sentenced to 24 years to life at Gloucester Crown Court for the murder of Hollie.
After the sentencing, Hollie’s father Nick said: “He showed no remorse, he was disrespectful to the judge.
“It made me really angry. I was seething inside.”
The horrific murder is analyzed in Netflix’s popular true-crime documentary series My Lover My Killer, which will return for season two.

Hollie’s brutal murder will be featured in the second episode of the six-part, available to stream February 1st.
