Police have now charged a 15-year-old boy, whose name cannot be released, with murder.

The teenager will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

It comes after 18-year-old Brandon Price appeared in court this week and is also charged with Jack’s murder.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on February 10.

Police were brought to the scene near IKEA on December 7 following reports of a stabbing.

Unfortunately, Jack could not be saved and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

His family praised the tragic teenager in heartbreaking tributes released by police.

His mother said, “Jack, our darling. Best son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin and friend. How could anyone not love a boy as caring, beautiful and loving as you are?

“Jack, you had the most beautiful smile, you would light up an entire room and always make everyone around you laugh.

“Our life will never be the same without you, you had your whole life ahead of you and now it has been taken away from you in such a horrible way.

“We all miss you so terribly, our darling. It still doesn’t seem real, it feels like we’re in a bad nightmare we can’t get out of.

“Now go Jack, go rest your head and sleep well. Now, forever and ever. Good night my darling.”

While his father added: “I love you Jack, you will always be my little boy. I thought about you every day – I will never stop loving you.

“I love you more than you will ever know.”
