The 14-year-old boy who “killed and sexually abused” 10-year-old Lily Peters was “raised by a pedo” who boasted about his “good” son

THE teenager accused of killing a girl, 10, was raised by a convicted sex offender who boasted about raising his son to be a ‘good man’.

The teenage suspect – who is alleged to have beaten, killed and sexually assaulted Iliana “Lily” Peters – was referred to in court by his initials CPB and was officially identified as a 14-year-old eighth grader.

The suspect is reportedly Lily’s cousin, but police and prosecutors in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin have not officially confirmed that detail.

The suspect’s father, whose name The Sun does not publish, was found guilty in Wisconsin in 2016 of possession of child pornography – a Class D felony.

According to court documents, investigators found “several” explicit images of children on his cell phone, and he was serving time in prison, according to court records.

The suspect’s father has not been active on social media since his sentencing, but in one of his recent Facebook posts he boasted about raising “a good man”.

“Okay to all the dip s***s who father too many children and don’t work, those who have food stamps for ages 15+, free health care, heating backup, daycare, babysitting support, free phones with minutes, and housing assistance , then pull out cash for smokers, lemonade and go out for a drink at the bar.

“You are disgusting. You have no sense of work and reward. Don’t look at me I’m too tired of working two jobs and raising my only child to be a good man!!!”

He was hanging up on The Sun when reached by phone on Thursday.

His son was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree sexual assault and first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13 with aggravated assault.

Chippewa District Attorney Wade Newell said the suspect allegedly punched Lily in the stomach, hit her with a cane, choked her to death and sexually assaulted her.

“He informed law enforcement that his intention was to rape and kill the victim,” Newell said Wednesday when he appeared in court.

He is being held in a juvenile detention center on $1 million bail.

LILY’S LAST MOMENTS AND AUTOPSY

The disturbing discovery of Lily’s body Tuesday morning rocked the small town of Chippewa Falls, fueling speculation that a predator was on the hunt.

An anonymous Reddit user completely changed the narrative with a chilling post.

“What’s scary is that I was playing Pokemon Go at the park that day as I walked along the same trial (sic),” the Reddit user said in a post responding to a story about Lily’s death.

“My stomach turns to think that I saw this girl with another kid on a bike on the way out. I have a suspicion that it could be another child.”

A preliminary autopsy found that Lily died of “blunt force trauma and strangulation,” said Chippewa County Coroner Ron Patten.

He expects a full report to be ready in four to six weeks but was unable to go into details of his initial findings as this is part of an ongoing investigation.
